At Compinex, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

• 30-Day Free Returns
  You may return your product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original manufacturer packaging with all accessories and documentation, exactly as you received it.
• Restocking Fees
  

  • Up to 30% restocking fee applies if the original manufacturer box is missing.
  • 15% restocking fee applies on open-box returns.
  • Up to 100% restocking fee may apply in cases where items are returned with missing major components, wrong items, or missing accessories.

• Faulty or Damaged Units
  

  • If you receive a faulty unit, you are eligible for a free return and replacement/refund.
  • If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will arrange a free return and replacement/refund.

• Factory-Sealed Products
  A full refund will be issued if the factory seal is not broken.
